Set in post-WWII Tokyo, In Full Bloom follows Japan’s undefeated boxing champion, Masahiro, as he trains in the winter wilderness for an upcoming fight against American challenger Clint Sullivan. Against a backdrop of political tension, cultural conflict, and personal discipline, the film explores the parallel journeys of two fighters pushed to the limits of human spirit.
